We primarily work across North London — including Highgate, Islington, Hampstead, Crouch End, and surrounding areas. Get in touch if you're unsure whether we cover your postcode.
Yes — that's central to how we work. We design it and build it. Both disciplines are handled in-house, which means the design intent is fully realised in the finished garden.
Project timelines vary based on scope. A full design and build typically runs from initial brief to completion over 3–6 months, including design development, planning (where required), and construction.
Many garden works fall within permitted development and don't require formal planning permission. Where consent is needed — for example, in conservation areas or for certain structures — we'll advise and support the application process.
Every project is priced individually based on size, scope, and specification. We're transparent about costs from the outset. Fill out the contact form and we'll arrange an initial conversation.
We prefer to handle design and build as an integrated process, but we're happy to discuss your situation. If you have an existing concept or brief, get in touch and we can talk through the best approach.
